Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 September 2026

The Ink Tribe operates the Write to Earn Portal to deliver bootcamp materials, classes, assignments, feedback, announcements, and examination activities. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

How we use your information

We use this information only to enrol you, provide access to the programme, manage learning activities, review your work, communicate course updates, maintain academic records, and protect the portal from unauthorised access.

Google sign-in

Google sign-in is used only to verify your identity and obtain your name and email address. The portal does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, or password.

Payments

Programme payments are completed through Selar, an independent payment provider. Payment information submitted on Selar is handled under Selar's own terms and privacy practices. We may receive confirmation details needed to match a payment to a registration, but we do not receive or store full card or bank credentials.

Storage and access

Student records and submitted files are stored using our authorised technology providers. Access is limited according to role. Students can access their own records, while authorised facilitators and administrators can access information needed to manage the programme and assess work.

Sharing

We do not sell student information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the portal, or when required by law.

Retention and requests

We retain course records for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the bootcamp and maintain legitimate academic records. You may ask to access, correct, or delete eligible personal information by contacting us.
